We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Mondays and Wednesdays until 7:00 PM. We are also open every other Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 AM.
Where are your office locations?
We have 4 office locations: 2 offices in Chicago,1 office in Riverside, and 1 in Lincolnwood . Please see our Office Locations link to see a map of where our offices are located.
Where do your doctors have hospital privileges?
We have hospital privileges at many hospitals in the greater Chicagoland area. Please see our Hospital Affiliations link to view the different hospitals.
Are your doctors well trained?
The doctors at Chicagoland Retinal Consultants, LLC have trained at some of the finest institutions in the United States. Please see the Our Doctors link to see which training programs they attended.
Can we call you if we have an emergency?
We are available 24 hours a day for emergencies. You simply need to call our toll-free number at 1-866-738-3621 to contact us at any time.
How soon can you see me for a routine exam?
We should be able to see you within 1-2 days of you calling to make an appointment. If it is urgent, we can see you within a few hours.
Which insurance plans do you take?
We accept most health care plans. Please see our Insurance link to see the list of the plans we accept. If your plan is not listed, please contact our office to see if we can accept your plan.
Our doctors have a strong following of patients due to their professionalism, friendliness, availability, and ability.
Which eye problems do you treat?
We treat diseases that effect the retina, vitreous, and uveal systems of the eye. Please see our Procedures link to see a list and description of the most common diseases we treat.
Will my referring doctor that sent me to Chicagoland Retinal Consultants, LLC get a report of my eye exam?
As we have an electronic medical records system, your doctor/s will get a faxed report of our eye findings as soon as your exam is completed. We will also send them a copy of any tests we do in the office; the reports from these tests are created as soon as the tests are done.
Are the doctors affiliated with any teaching hospitals?
The doctors at Chicagoland Retinal Consultants participate in research studies and also spend time teaching ophthalmology residents in Northwestern University..
